Getting approved for a USDA loan is very simple. We have a streamlined process for you to get apprvoed. It is best to get pre-approved in advance before looking for a home so that you know what you  qualify for. 

Here is what you will need  to have ready for your loan approval:

1. Last two years of W-2’S or Tax Returns. If you are self employed then we will need tax returns. If you work for a company and an employee then we will just need W-2’s.
2. copy of most recent paycheck stubs
3. if you are retired then we just need your fixed income award letters or 1099 annual statement
4. copy of photo ID or drivers license
5. copy of social security card
6. copy of credit report showing all three credit scores

You can fax or email this documentation. Approvals take about one to two days on average. Once you get approved we will notify and issue you a pre-approval letter in writing for USDA to take with you when you go house hunting.
The USDA loan approval is valid for two months.
